Our judicious cancellation policy protects both the parties. After you confirm your trip we assume that you have read and understood and abide by it.Bhutan tour programs booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follow:Before 50 days of tour ~ 2% of rate
- Within 50 and 45 days ~ 20% of rate
- Within 45 and 30 days ~ 30% of rate
- Within 30 and 25 days ~ 40% of rate
- Within 25 and 20 days ~ 50% of rate
- Less than 20 days or without notice ~ 100% of rate
Drukair cancellation u0026amp; refund policy
- 100% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 30 days from the date of travel with less US $25 administrative and wire fee.
- 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled between 30 days – last 15 days from the date of travel with less US $25 administrative and wire fee.
- No refund will be made for missed connections or “no show” at the airports.
- Additional fee of US $20 is levied for every date change once the tickets have been issued.
- For every cancelled ticket, an administrative fee of US $25 is levied.
